1) Why JIRA is including weekend days for SLA calculation? 

2) How can I get waiting for user time in to excel while extracting reports. Meaning I want to get total time when it was with user required for SLA calculation.

For the first question ,

 

I think you can create your own calendar and use it so that SLA  calculation is based on how your working days look like.
