Pick the last historical THP for the foreacst

As discussed last week, here is a small script that can be executed at the end of the history to pick up the last observed THP and use it as constraint for your forecast part.

I think you have posted in the wrong place - we don't have the original question you are answering, or any view of what you mean by THP or what you're doing forecasting in.
