Permissions are set to Administration and they still cannot assign or transition issues

I have certain individuals set to administrator, the exact permissions as myself, however, they cannot Assign a job, be assigned or even transition an issue.  I even added them as a single user and gave them permission but it is being blocked my the Service Desk.

 

I get these Details : The user must have a Jira Service Desk license and Service Desk Agent permission on this project.

 

This issue is for about 6 people I added a few days ago all at the same time.

Hi @Jenna Nelson ,

If you want someone to work in a service desk project, that user needs a service desk license. That's also what the error message says.

To fix this, go to administration - users. Search for the user and click on the three dots. There you can choose "Show product access". Make sure they have Service Desk checked.

Hi- I don't have that option. I can only invite users and give them permission. Should I just re-invite them?Capture.JPG

Hi @Jenna Nelson ,

Are you an Site Admin? If not, can you please ask one of your site Admins to check if they can do that.

 

And just to be sure, are you on a paid or free plan?
