I'm in multiple space of JSM. We have lots of automation migrated from old JSM projects. I used to be site admin (this role is no longer available in the new JSM environment) and was able to run and edit all automation rules. However, after migration, I am not able to run or edit automation rules even if I'm the space administrator.

Could anyone please help me figure out what permission I should request to my ord-admin to solve my problem? Thanks in advance.

Hello @Angela Ko

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

You can find that information in this document:

https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/permissions-required-for-jira-cloud-automation-rules/

You need to have the Administer Jira Global Permission.
