I am using JSM with allowlists. So I add my customer domains to the whitelist and assign these domain to Organizations. So If a user opens a ticket Organization automatically filled.

How to manage some edge cases with this setup?

  • A user who has an email domain which is assigned to an Organization but should be assigned to a different Organization?
  • A user is a partner and should be able to open a ticket for multiple Organizations?

Do you have a best practise to manage Partners?

Welcome to the community.

You can add a customer to multiple organizations.

But on creating an new ticket, as the user is linked to multiple organizations., the first organization will be chosen. There is no option to manage this.
