I am using JSM with allowlists. So I add my customer domains to the whitelist and assign these domain to Organizations. So If a user opens a ticket Organization automatically filled.
How to manage some edge cases with this setup?

You can add a customer to multiple organizations.
But on creating an new ticket, as the user is linked to multiple organizations., the first organization will be chosen. There is no option to manage this.
