Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Consumer start page http://helpdesk/servicedesk/customer/portal/4 is displayed with unreadable characters on any browser (Firefox, Chrome, IE). The settings are set encoding UTF-8. What can be done so that the page is displayed correctly?
