Overwrite built in translations

I would like to change some of the Danish translations, but I can't find out how to do that.

For instance we don't like

"Creator" to be translated to "Skaber" (when customer views requests in portal)

"Requests" to be translated to "Anmodninger". (when customer views requests in portal)

Isn' it possible to overwrite/edit translations

This is possible, but you need to change the language pack directly on the server.
