Outgoing emails not working

The "test connection" email gives the following error : 

An error has occurred with sending the test email:
com.atlassian.mail.MailException: com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 530 5.7.57 SMTP; Client was not authenticated to send anonymous mail during MAIL FROM [MWHPR22CA0045.namprd22.prod.outlook.com]

This is an error being generated by Outlook, so you may want to speak to your email server admin for details on this, or contact Microsoft.

For tips on where to start troubleshooting, I would recommend the following:

• Client was not authenticated to send anonymous mail
• Trying to configure Outgoing Mail using Office365 SMTP server...
