Our domain email is not setting up instead of DNS and SPF server setting

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I am using JSM as standard version. I have configured for outgoing mail handler as our domain id instead of jira@inspheresolutionscloud.atlassian.net. Also mailed by and signed by should be from our domain.. but i am unable to setup as default sender.

Did you add email as described in https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/add-email-addresses-for-your-domain/  and in https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/add-email-addresses-for-your-domain/
