Everyday our JSD instance freezes sometime overnight and requires a windows 10 reboot for it to come up again. Rebooting the service doesn't work.
This is very frustrating.

can you share any log? What is your version of Jira? .... Can you share any important details (JMV args, parameters of VM, why are you using desktop OS,...)?
Where can I find the required log file? Is it just a matter of searching for "ERROR" or "FAILURE"?
