Original Estimates are Estimated, but not recognized by Jira/Sprint

I have estimated my sprint using Original Estimates, but none are populating in the sprint and are considered unestimated for the burn down chart. 

What can I do to fix this?

Please, provide us with the following information so we can better understand what might be causing your issue:

1 - Are you using a Next-gen board or a Classic Board? Also, are your issues from a Classic or Next-gen project?

2 - Is the same board returning issues from different projects?

3 - If you are using a Classic Scrum board, click in the three dots > Board settings > Estimations and confirm if your board is currently being estimated based in the Original Estimate field:

4 - If the issues are in a Classic project, navigate to Project Settings > Screens > Click to edit the edit/view issue screen and check if you don't have an Original Estimate custom field added in the view. Sometimes, the creation of a new custom field called "Original Estimate" can cause the wrong field to be filled.

5 - Check if the Burndown chart is properly configured to consider the Original Estimate:
