Organizations of customer not coming on ticket

Hello Team, 

 

I have this issue with JSM, my customers are categorized by Oragnizations, but when the customer send a ticket i dont see the organizations that the customer is related to on the ticket. 

Here are screenshots of an example :

Hello Mark, Yes the organizations are related to the project , we added them then added the customers inside thoses organizations
