Hi,
we have received requests by our customers, that they don't want to opt in into each issue one of their organization opens, to receive further notifications.
So i checked the configuration for the Jira Service Desk and could not find an option to set the default for added organization members from "not subscribed" to "subscribed". After that i checked the Jira Service Desk API if i could find a way to do this through a script listener. But again no luck.
Does anyone here have a clue for me how to solve this issue? How can i have organization members be subscribed to issues by other organizations members by default?
(I am aware of the running Jira Issue JSDSERVER-4570 but the issue itself is already open for over a year, so i kinda lost hope and am searching for a working solution now)
