Organization is shown as "Request participants" in the Customer Portal but not in the Agent Portal

Hi,

 

in the project settings we've defined that "Customers can search for other customers within their organizations". With this setting the Customer Organisation is added as "Request participants" automatically and shown in the customer portal but not in the agent portal.

 

Why is the Organisation as request participant only in the customer portal shown?

@Claudia Huber ,

In the customer portal it is shown as "shared with" and there you see both the organization and request participants combined.

In the agent view it is split up in to 2 separate fields

  • Organization which can be multiple
  • Request Participants which can contain multiple but don't all need to be linked to the organization.

Check if the field is added to the view screen (Screens in project settings)
