Order by Sla Time

How i can order issue for Time To first Response and Time To Resolution?

The field is Alphanumeric Type.

When ordering a list of issues on the Queue or on Filters, it's possible to order by only one field.

I'm not sure if I understood correctly your question, so can you please give us more details about where you are trying to order the fields?

Is there any example that you can share with us?
