Hi All,
Is there a way that we can hide service portal from people that are not added as a Customers?
Current behavior: If the user (email) is not added as Customer he can still see the link to first page that asks him for credentials.
Expected behavior: User that is not added do the portal should see lack of access message when clicks on customer portal link.
@Grzegorz Hołody can you share a screenshot? If someone navigates to your portal they should be prompted to login at which point if they do not have access they will be told so.
Hi Brant
Many thanks for your will to help.
I have stakeholders that have doubt whether this option is safe enough.
IMHO if someone put email that is not added to customers list he/she will not enter/reset password.
Please confirm/correct if I'm wrong.

@Grzegorz Hołody since you are on cloud a user could enter proper Atlassian account credentials but it would tell them that they do not have access to your portal. A user can enter an email and password combo that is incorrect and it will just tell them that it is incorrect. I would suggest setting up another Atlassian account and entering it into your log in screen to see what occurs and screenshot for your stakeholders. If you are concerned about security premium has an IP allow list option.
