@Kalaiyarasi Mani -

Based on the image, the user doesn't have access to the JSM project.  You should also check to see who is the actor of your automation rule.

You need to verify the project permission setup via Project settings >> Project permissions + your project users role assignment via Project settings >> Peoples.
