I've got 4 request types setup but only the 1st one is displaying the in help center. I've tried re-arranging and that had no impact. They all belong to the same group as well. The one that does display is tied to the email requests if that matters. Also we have some older other service desk projects if thats important.
can you provide a screenshot of your portal where you see only one as well as your "request types" screen?

I think we can disregard my post as I see that the help center isn't displaying all request types and likely not supposed to. It's showing recent request types. Having my hyperlinks set as white wasn't allowing me to see the additional text.
