One JSM User cannot add attachments to tickets. But it works on another PC in incognito mode.

User used to be able to add attachments to tickets, now he can't.

If we login as the user on our computer (using InPrivate browsing on Edge) it works. 

If the user tries to use InPrivate browsing on his computer it does not work.

So far, this affects only 1 user.
