Hello, I'm new to Jira and Jira service desk and was wondering if it's possible to setup a schedule for SMS notifications.
With our current ticketing system I have a schedule set on weekends from 8am-8pm to send an SMS notification to our oncall phone for all tickets that are created during that time frame. I'd like to do the same with Jira moving forward.
Hi Daniel - If you can use an email address for SMS notifications then you can setup an automation rule to send a message to that email address using the Alert action.
