[Onboarding Checklist Problem]

I've completed ID verification, I uploaded my passport and face photo, after that, I waited for so long...an half day...it shows "Pending verification. The typical wait time is 5 minutes.
Please do not submit a ticket if the wait time is longer."

how can I do???
