We have noticed that when you hover over a user in the on call schedule it shows only the e-mail contact of the user after migrating to JSM from ops genie.
The user has filled in all the contact details for sms and voice and verified through the automated call but we can only see the email when we click on a user in the schedule
The details have been added from the personal settings under the alerts submenu as per the documentation.
This is an extremelly useful feature so the operators can manually call someone on call when needs to

Same thing in my environment, only the email is shown. I haven't seen any way to control this behavior, I think we're stuck with only the email being displayed.
