On Jira service management is it possible to setup a customer portal for external clients?

We have jira service management for the internal employees. This is a jira data center instnance. Is it possible to host a jira service management portal to all the external clients who are not the part of our organisation?

Hi @Ashutosh Meelu ,

You can not setup an separate portal, but you can setup a separate project within the existing portal that is only accessible for external people.
