I am receiving the below error when I am trying to add an email with a JIRA SD project. We created a JIRA SD project and want to integrate an email id with it so that the emails are further converted to JIRA cards as service requests. But while doing this I am getting the below error:
We couldn't connect to your mail server
Here's the error we received: "OAuth token not defined for connection. OAuth Authorisation required."
I am using a JIRA SD version 4.18.1
Can anyone help me out with a solution?
