I am looking for a way to identify which issues have had any sort of comment or mention added to them recently. Ideally I would like this as an email notification, but also a list of issues sorted by the last time an internal or external person commented on an issue would also be good. Any way to achieve this? (I am not directly involved with the resolving of issues, but need to be kept up to date on what our team and the customers are saying to each other, but I don't need notifications about status changes, SLAs etc). Thanks!
