Notifications bell in browser and Android app empty, but recieving push notifications

I am not seeing any notifications in browser in the notifications bell icon or in the Android application.

I am still getting push notifications on my phone though, pressing on one takes me to the ticket in the app as it should, too.

What should I do to see them in Notifications menus, too?

Already tried to turn off-on email notifications, didn't help.

Hey! I am the Jira Team Lead for Mobile and Native Apps.

Push and in-app notification had different systems that we are trying to merge together. So there are times that you can experience this situation that you are mentioning here.

If you want to turn off the push message you can go to the App Settings and turn them off.

It is good to hear you are working on merging them.

Although most likely my problem is unrelated, because I never get any in-app notifications, seems like it is disabled, but I can't find any option to turn it on/off, Google fails to help me, too, solving this problem.
