We need to configure Service Desk to send a notification when the customer fills a customer satisfaction feedback (the stars).
We need to inmediatly know when a feedback is under some degree. But it will be enough for us to configure the software to send us a notification anytime a feedback is done.
Is there any way to configure it?

A way for doing so would be like this:
Having set that, you'll be notified every 15 minutes of the new satisfaction scores lower than 3, rated in the last 15 minutes.
