Notification when a customer's feedback is done

We need to configure Service Desk to send a notification when the customer fills a customer satisfaction feedback (the stars).

We need to inmediatly know when a feedback is under some degree. But it will be enough for us to configure the software to send us a notification anytime a feedback is done.

Is there any way to configure it?

Hi Keros,

A way for doing so would be like this:

  1. Save a filter with the following JQL:
    "Satisfaction date" >= -15m AND Satisfaction < 3
  2. Subscribe to that filter every 15 minutes.

Having set that, you'll be notified every 15 minutes of the new satisfaction scores lower than 3, rated in the last 15 minutes.
