Not receiving notications for resolved sub-tasks

In my notification scheme, there is a notification for "Project Lead" for the "Issue Resolved" event. The resolved issue was a sub-task, the issue reporter is also the project lead but not the assignee, and is not the person who resolved the issue. They did not receive a notification. Is that because the issue is a sub-task? Why aren't sub-tasks listed on the Notification Helper?

if you have a different notification scheme for sub-tasks then that could be the issue. check that the same notification scheme is set for all issuetypes unless there is a reason not to do so.

Thanks for the response but this project is only using one notification scheme. I have made a workaround by adding a post-function to send a notification in the sub-task workflow. I wonder by sub-tasks aren't listed in the Notification helper?
