Hi there,
I am currently having an admin role through a project on Jira.
I have double checked and my role is active.
The thing is that on every ticket request I can not fetch the approvers through the "approvers" field, while "request participants" are being fetched normally.
The names I am looking for are properly insert as people on the project. For "approvers" field I am currently looking for a contact that has same access as me.
I am waiting for your valuable inputs.

Did you try to start typing the name of the person in the Approvers field?
Yes indeed; I have taken all the steps.
Trying with name, with surname, with email, none of them gave me a result.
Even tried to search for another contact.
The 'field' seems not working for me, although, a colleague of mine can add users.

I would go ahead and submit a support ticket with Atlassian.
