Not clearing closed requests

Hello,

I've been creating my own workflows recently and I've noticed that ever since this, my requests do not close properly (This is when using my own workflows). They are all test requests so if i need to make changes it will not impact any user.

Any ideas how to get them to clear from this list???

This is one of the workflows that I have made which does not close the request;

Am i supposed to add another transition to the 'Closed' status?

You need to set the resolution when moving to the Closed Status. On the transition, add a post-function that sets a value for the resolution field.
