When opening a ticket, only the last view comments are shown. Normally you can click the button to show all the comments, but this button is not visible.
When you open another filter like 'All' or 'History' and go back to the filter 'comments' the button is shown.
Is it possible to solve this problem?
I've found a workaround by changing to show all activity, and then back to comments. This then shows the "View remaining comments" button
It was still occurring this morning but looks to possibly be resolved now.

This sounds like a bug might have been introduced. I suggest you open a support ticket with Atlassian as I am seeing others say the same thing.
