Not all Jira Inactive users are marked with [X]

Under User Management in JSM(Data Center), most inactive users are marked with [X] and some inactive does not have the [X].

I could not find any documentation on why some inactive users are not marked with [X] on the Display Name.

Is there any documentation that has the information on this?

Hi Tansu,

I double checked that the user XXX was marked Inactive in the System -- > audit log.

In User Management, the user XXX shows as Inactive without the "[X]" mark.

I have attached the screen shot of user who is not marked with [X] (detailed in this case) and also shown and example how an inactive user is marked with [X].

I'm seeing around 80+ inactive users in User Management/Audit Log not marked with [X] on their display name.

Some inactive does not have the [X].

Can you please a screenshot if possible? Are they indeed inactive?

If user is deactivated from AD, it should have inactive mark in Jira UI.

The X only appears for people who have interacted with Jira (logged in and amended any data).  You don't get the X for inactivated users who have never used it.

I still see few inactive users who have logged into Jira but don't have the X.
