Not able to view attached document in FIN tickets

I am end user from Finance and review the filed expenses in the Jira system where respective team members posted expense details and attach supporting documents in the system. 

The problem is that now i cannot see attached supporting documents while clicking on it in the screen rather than downloading it in the folder.

Earlier when i clicked on the attached documents it was opened in the screen and i reviewed it at the same time. 

The supporting documents are downloading but not opening in the screen which is increasing my effort and time and folder size.

I raised this issue in the IT but not solution yet. 

If anyone from this community can give solution of this issue that would be appreciated.
