Hi Govind,

Have your Jira Admin make sure you have a valid Jira user license. And then make sure you have the Browse Projects permission in the Permission Scheme. Using the Permission Helper in the Scheme is most helpful.

This would be a permission issue. You'd want to reach out to your space admin or Jira admin to investigate. This is likely due to either space permissions or work item security.
