Not able to receive the emails in dll

Hi, 

I am automating alerts for issues which are due within 2 days, and needs to send the email to a dll, but the mails are sent sometimes only to the dll. Can anyone help

Whenever you ask for help with an Automation Rule it will help us to help you if you provide:

1. what type of project is this (e.g., company-managed, team-managed, etc.), 

2. images that show your complete rule.

3. images showing the details of any relevant actions/conditions/branches.

4. images showing the Audit Log details for the rule execution.

5. Explain where the issue is.

These questions are not for not willing to help, but to have community members understand on how automation works.

Hi @Marc - Devoteam , Thankyou for your valuable time and reply. It is a team -managed project. 

The below attached shows the audit log showing the successful execution of the rule.  I am having two individual mail ids in the 'To' part of the mail and the dll mail id 'info@xxx.com' is given in the 'cc' part. The mail is sent successfully to the people mentioned in 'To' but the dll group havent received the mail.audit log.png

Hi @Reshma Mathew 

I think this is based on the config od the dll config.

The mail is sent to the mailbox related to the email address

The email will be sent to the address, but how that is handled on the mail end, that can't be determined by Jira
