Not able to receive Email notification for 1 specific user

default getting the "Get notification" option instead of "Don't notify me." in one of the JSM workflow for one specific user.

Hint: email id was modified as user was not happy with which was created initially.

Its resolved. Issue was with mapping email id

Hi @Rahul Patil , your post indicate Cloud but you mention on-prem. Which platform are you using? I don't quite follow where you are looking when you see "Don't notify me", can you share a screenshot? If you have Jira automation maybe consider sending the specific user an email upon creation.

I am referring JSM which is on premise.

It is related to the WF created in JSM.
