Hello,

we are using the HubSpot CRM for Jira and users can send the request to a specific project which will be created in Jira and work fine even if the comments will be sent back to Hubspot.

But we have an issue regarding watching the ticket. After users raise a request from HubSpot they can't find their ticket in the portal for Customers in Jira Service Management and they don't receive any auto-reply from the Jira Service desk. This is working normally when the user raises a request directly from the Jira portal or sends an email to this project.

Would be great to help us to resolve this issue

Best regards

Amir

Hi @Amir Asabozzohour

If you canot see them into the portal as a requestor, it's probably because the Request Type field is empty.

Adding a value should make them appear.
