No standard customer Login Page

Hello, folks,

I use the JIRA Service Desk 3.16.0 and currently have the problem that when a customer enters our base URL, he is not on the customer but on the admin login page. (…/secure/Dashboard.jspa).

Does anyone know where you can set this?

Hello @Olga Videc,

First of all thanks for the links provided. The second one is unfortunately not useful, because we use our own Server for Jira. 

I can't imagine that i gave our customers a wrong link, because they only have the base URL: support.xxxxx.de and are still redirected to the admin Login page.
