No more outgoing emails

Hi,

 

Since a few days, my Jira SD send no more email.

No email are received when :

  • An issue is created
  • An issue is updated
  • A comment is added
  • A customer is invited

It's a big problem because my customers are no more notified.

I have found and I sent a test mail 10 minutes ago.

No mail received.

@Patrick RAISON before you contact Atlassian, verify, that you can receive emails from another mail address (to exclude malfunction of your companies mail server).

It could be also blocked by a restrictive anti-spam rule ...

The problem is present since a few days, but I receive many mails each days from other people.

I have already check and have also add a customer with a gmail account. No mail neither on this gmail account.

Then I would contact Atlassian support - they can help you with this email thing.

Dear @Patrick RAISON,

do you receive any mails? Have you tried to send a test mail to yourself? Did you have  a look in the mail queue? Is it full? Have you tired to reach the mail server from command line?

How can I send a test mail ?

I have a cloud Service Desk, so I don't know where is located the mail queue ?

https://................atlassian.net/secure/admin/SendBulkMail!default.jspa

replace the dots with your domain name.

PS: In Cloud there is no Mail queue to flush like in Jira Service Desk Server.
