Hi. I am trying to create a next gen project. Suddenly I can't get support from support.atlassian.net . Does anyone know what is up with that? It asks me to choose which product I need help with but the only service desk option on the list is'free'. I don't have free and when I choose it it won't help me. So I also need help with that please
back to the original question . I created a new next gen project (first image) then I changed the template (second image) and now I have no create button.

Thanks for reaching out and first you noted that you could not create a support request at and I believe I see the hangup if this is related to your Service Desk account that is tied to the non profit community license (NPO/Community license)
There was an error in the portal that occurred on July 7th where NPO/Community licenses were being incorrectly interpreted as Starter (Free) licenses and therefore were redirecting users to the Community portal by mistake, the error was caught and fixed already so you should not have any additional issues with this, let me know if you are still seeing any errors and I can take a closer look.
Next to the original issue with the next-gen project create button missing, this definitely looks buggy, however I cannot reproduce the error locally on my test instance so it looks like something specific to your configurations or possibly an app conflict, so I would recomend as a first step running through the "Indispensable tests" section of our browser troubleshooting guide that includes things like clearing cache and testing in alternate browsers just to rule out any common browser side errors that may be causing a block, the guide can be seen here:
I also recomend opening up the browsers developer tools console and checking for any explicit errors that may be occuring on the front end to help narrow this down further.
But as a next step if nothing is uncovered by the above steps getting in contact with support would be the next step so we can take a look at the instance first hand for reproduction of the error.

Hi @Earl McCutcheon , thanks so much. I am indeed able to create support tickets again. I couldn't imagine what I was doing wrong since I frequently open them with no problem. Thanks for clarifying
Yesterday I was able to set up a new next gen project with no issues at all. So I guess it was just a buggy day.

Thanks for the follow up and Great to hear everything is working again.
Keep us posted if you run into anything else, and if the behavior resurfaces double check the browsers javascript console while the error is still on screen, and if there are any browser side errors occuring they should be visible in there and shed some light on what is happening.
