We want to make some of our Confluence articles publicly available through the Service Desk customer portal, but you must log in while using the Service Desk URL when accessing.
With a direct link to the public Confluence article, the page can be accessed without login.
The goal is to give our customers access to the articles, even if they do not receive a direct link to the public Confluence article. You should be able to use the Service Desk customer portal without login to find answers to your questions.
