No access to the space

Member of the space doesnt get acces to the space and gets the following hash: 1A9U6Z2. I have a free subscription and i'm not sure how to fix this as an Admin.

Remove the user, invite them again, and make sure they log in with the same email; if it still doesn’t work, contact support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact
