No On Hold Selection

Hi,

I try to search cannot find the On Hold  selection.

Only Pending  can select

May advise where can i set for the On hold selection?

Welcome to the community.  You are referring to workflow statuses.  What you are seeing is the out of the box WF.  

To have a status of "On Hold", you will need to customize the WF used for your JSM project to add in the new workflow status of "On Hold", configure the incoming/outgoing valid statuses properly, then publish the change for the WF to complete the setup.
