No Access You do not have permission to view this request.

Deleted user March 10, 2023

Hi, I want to create a ticket and invite customers to it. Customers are under an organization. When customers are added to "request participants" field one by one they receive an email and are able to access the issue but when the customers are added as a single organization to the field organizations they still receive the email but when visiting the issue they get No Access You do not have permission to view this request.

How can I invite the customers as a single group?

I created a new organization added my customer and created a new issue with correct organization and received the email above. I am still getting the same error.

I went to check shared with my organizations filter but it doesn't appear for me

Hi @[deleted] and welcome to the community,

If you have your organization already created, then place your customers within that organization.

Now, on your issue simply choose the correct organization from the corresponding field. Doing that will result in that all customers of that organization will be able to view this request form the customer portal and when they choose the "shared with my organization" option:

I've made bold and underlined the shared with "myorg" which is clearly the org you created. Did you login as your customer?

Yes I did, I double checked my registered email on profile

after placing the customer email in request participant it works fine meaning I am indeed logged in as customer but it seems like organization by itself doesn't give me permission to view the issue even though it lets me know about the issue via email
