Hi, I want to create a ticket and invite customers to it. Customers are under an organization. When customers are added to "request participants" field one by one they receive an email and are able to access the issue but when the customers are added as a single organization to the field organizations they still receive the email but when visiting the issue they get No Access You do not have permission to view this request.
How can I invite the customers as a single group?

Hi @[deleted] and welcome to the community,
If you have your organization already created, then place your customers within that organization.
Now, on your issue simply choose the correct organization from the corresponding field. Doing that will result in that all customers of that organization will be able to view this request form the customer portal and when they choose the "shared with my organization" option:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

I've made bold and underlined the shared with "myorg" which is clearly the org you created. Did you login as your customer?

after placing the customer email in request participant it works fine meaning I am indeed logged in as customer but it seems like organization by itself doesn't give me permission to view the issue even though it lets me know about the issue via email
