Next-Gen project is missing from Jira Servicedesk Cloud

I don't see a drop down for 'Create project' button and can only setup Classic project. Does anyone know how I can get the option?

You create project under the projects view page. 

1. Click magnifying glass
2. at the bottom choose Projects under the advanced search dropdown
3. in upper-right choose Create Project. You should have two choices there NG, Classic

if you do not have NG then the admin has disabled the ability to create.
