New users which are added in trusted group not able to view project Queue.
They are not able to view any incident, SRs.

Welcome to the community.
A user will not be able to view the Service Desk queues or issues unless that user is granted access to the Service Desk product AND added to the Service Desk Team role for the specific Service Desk project.
I need to add them in people page and it works.
