New users can't logon into Jira

Hi.

We have Jira on-prem.

Users do login via Azure AD.

We have some users that was deleted from Jira and added again.

Now they can't log into Jira on.

Do you have any idea what can be the problem?

Check the logging on the server to see what is mentioned there?

That's the 1st place to start.
