New user can't receive invitation mail

we have a new user.

he is not receiving invitation email from atlassian.

any other emails can  receive

how can i solve this problom

Hi @mear ,

 

Are other new users able to receive the invitation e-mails? If it's just this user, perhaps it could be in junk/spam.

Other new users can receive mail.

Users with problem didn't even get spam.

Hi @mear ,

 

You may want to try sending a test e-mail to the user and check the logs and your e-mail server to to trace what is happening.

 

However, if you are on Cloud platform, you may want to reach out to Atlassian support to check.

Email server doesn't seem to be the problem

I think should contact to Atlassian support
