New team users are not receiving the invitation email

I'm adding the first team members but none of them are receiving the invitation email.

Could you help me please?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Checking the domain on our tools, I found blocks for two email addresses. 

550: 550 5.1.1 ...@... Recipient address rejected: ... in virtual mailbox table

I removed it and now they should receive the invitation email.

Please, resend the invite and let us know if it works.
