New customer Email defaults to private

When we invite a new customer and the customer accepts the invitation, their email visibility is by default set to you and admins only. Is there a way to set that default to everyone? Also is there a way to change the setting for the customers who have already been invited and have email set to private without asking the customer to do it themselves?

Thanks for your question on community. 

Here is the page that gives more insight about profile visibility - 

Currently, we dont have the option to change the email visibility on behalf of customers. 

We do have feature requests tracking this enhancement - 

  • JRACLOUD-92114 Ability for the admin to change the Profile and Visibility for the managed users
  • JSDCLOUD-12939 Ability to prevent "private email addresses" on sites/projects.

Please be sure to watch it, and vote for it, so that you're notified if this is implemented in a future release. You can also add a comment to the feature request to explain your specific use-case to the developers.
